Question When overclock CPU Frequency from defaults 200 to higher clock like 204 or above and encounter system instable or shows message in screen something like "Warning! Now system is in safe mode". |
Answer The warning message means the system will be instable when overclocking. It reminds you to reset a suitable CPU frequency in the CMOS Setup to make the system run stable. There is no guarantee when overclocking because there are factors will influence the outcomes like CPU, RAMs'quality and stability.
|
Question When change CPU and get the following warning message. Is this normal?
“Verifying DMI Pool Data,AMD Data Change, Update New Date to DMI!”
“Verifying DMI Pool Data, AMD Data Change, Update New Date to DMI! Update Success” |
Answer - This is normal. When change to other AMD CPU, the BIOS will prompt,
“Verifying DMI Pool Data, AMD Data Change, Update New Date to DMI!”.
- Once you restart the system, DMI will be updated. The BIOS will prompt,
“Verifying DMI Pool Data, AMD Data Change, Update New Date to DMI! Update Success.”
The BIOS define “DMI” be always updated, so every time you can see,
“Verifying DMI Pool Data, AMD Data Change, Update New Date to DMI! Update Success” when you start the system.

Question How to support S/PDIF feature from motherboard? |
Answer SPDIF (Sony/Philips Digital Interface) is a digital format, is used for transporting stereo digital audio signals on PC audio cards, CD players, DVD players, and other devices which transmit or receive stereo digital audio. If your motherboard has SPDIF header, you can connect such digital devices to your computer. There are two kinds of SPDIF connections: optical fiber and coaxial cable. Here is SPDIF pin definition for you reference.

If external graphics card support SPDIF in with two pins, please also make sure graphics card's pins definition. Then connect the two cables as following to support this funciton.
1. SPDIF out from MB Pin#1 to SPDIF in to graphics.
2. Ground (GND) from MB Pin#4 to graphics Ground.
|
Question What is the pin header definition for PANEL1? |
Answer Please refer to the below photo of PANEL1. Pin1-3 is HDD LED, Pin2-4 is power LED, Pin5-7 is reset switch, Pin6-8 is power switch.
