The on board AC97 sound card always gives a noise (buzz) under WIN98se/WINME. I think that is a driver problem because with the default ME driversthe sound card works properly. The drivers that I use are those on M/B CD(07/18/2001).The P4ITA2 that I have is V.1.2The CD version is 6.35VIAnd the bios is 08/27/2001
Disable SPDIF this function in Volume Control bar can fix it.Next driver version will fix it.
