With the launch of the Extreme Series of motherboards, ECS has been actively participating in various gaming events around the world. Starting September 17, 2005, PC gamers in North America can expect to see ECS at various gaming events in full force.
Stompfest (http://www.stompfest.com), one of the most established and respected LAN event in Indiana, will kick off the fall season with over 250 gamers and spectators to celebrate the competitive sport. ECS, being its exclusive motherboard sponsor and the sponsor for its CounterStrike tournament, will be giving away great prizes to reward the gaming spirit. Simultaneously in Canada, ECS will be presented as the exclusive motherboard sponsor at LANSomnia (http://www.lansomnia.ca). Regarded as one of the premier events in Canada’s Maritimes, LANSomia attracts over hundreds of hardcore PC gamers to its event. ECS will be giving away motherboard prizes to the top CounterStrike team, along with other giveaways.
