With new Sample motherboard P4IBAD with evaluation rom BIOS i havefollowing problem:With Windows98SE / ME i get following HDD Speed (UDMA-5) withS.A.N.D.R.A. 2001te21600 ~ 22400 tranfer rateWith Windows 2000 i only get 9000~9300 transfer rate.. That just halfspeed.!I checked latest intel driver from <file://www.intel.com> www.intel.comand also verified with Intel Application Accelerator that the drive isUDMA-5 !But i do not get it to run full speed within Windows 2000 professional..
It should be related to SANDRA 2001 utility only support for FAT32 formatted , if HDD formatted as FAT32 that got same transfer rate .
