This is a common issue on QQ application, please check "save resource mode" (省資源模式) item to fix it as below picture indicated.
Please press “Del” or “F1” key enter CMOS as mentioned during P.O.S.T, then access “Smart Fan Function” of “PC Health Status” to enable “SMART FAN Control” and set the mode of “SMART FAN Mode” depends on loading, then smart fan function will be available.
