(no longer for sale)When I power on my H55H-CM MB, I get "no display" & there are some short beeps. What is wrong?
Please make sure your CPU is Intel Core i5/i3 series with "Intel HD Graphics". First make sure the CPU is in the CPU Support list as the link indicated in CPU tag. Then check the CPU if "Graphics" support. For more detail about the CPU information. Please visit Intel Webstie. If your processor has no “Integrated Graphics”, you must install a PCI-E graphics card to get the display output. Otherwise, you may receive "no display" on this model. System reports 8GB(3.99GB usable) at 64bit OS with 8GB(2GB*4pcs)memory installed. And "Memory Remap Feature" is "enabled" under Advance Chipset of BIOS.
Please make sure that you exact follow the instruction of the manual for plugging the memory modules in order first as defined by Intel.

The possible reasons may cause the memory size half reduction are,
1. Memory Remap Feature need to be enabled for 64bit OS.
2. Memory module not well installed on DIMM slot.
Can I install an external PCI Express graphics card and use it in parallel with Intel graphics?
According to the datasheet of Intel 5 series chipset, Intel graphics cannot be used along with an external PCI Express graphics controller. Installing a PCI Express graphics controller will disable Intel graphics. Please refer to the following website for more information about Multiple Display.

The network connection links down randomly and intermittently, how do I fix it?
If you have got chance being encountered below symptom in a network environment with some certain hubs/switches , please check following solution for this symptom with Intel® 82578DC Gigabit Ethernet PHY.
Symptom:
Network connection links down randomly and intermittently. Connection icon will be disabled and pop up a message, “A network cable is unplugged” at the right bottom corner like Windows XP. The symptom just appears in a short time then link up again soon.
Solution:
1. Set the "Speed and Duplex" to fix according to hubs/swtich supported.
2. Suggest user upgrade Intel LAN driver to version 16.5.
