According to the System requirements from Microsoft, the free space in hard disk (C drive) should be 16GB for 32-bit OS / 20GB for 64-bit OS. Microsoft suggested that customers update OS via external device to Windows 10 TH2 and follow the instruction to get rid of this symptom.
