Windows does XP display the CPU clock of an AMD Sempron 2200+ as 1533MHz on KM400-M2?

AMD Sempron 2200+ is a 1533MHz CPU while 2400+ is 1667MHz. It isn't related to M/B BIOS setting.

Please disable "Power on by PCI card" in BIOS & then try again.

Does KM400-M2 support AMD Sempron 3000+ and Dual channel DDR to 2pcs 512MB memory?

The KM400-M2 does support AMD Sempron 3000+ and 512MBx2/DDR333 memory but DIMM1 & DIMM2 doesn't support Dual channel.

I install an AMD Sempron 2200+/1.5GHz/256k/333FSB but it only shows 1200MHz on the post screen.

Please make sure JP8/JP9 are set to 2-3, 2-3. JP8 & JP9 is "CPU Frequency Select Jumper" which enables you to set "CPU frequency" as follows.

JP8 JP9 CPU Frequency
Short 1-2 Short 1-2 = 100MHz
Short 2-3 Short 1-2 = 133MHz
Short 1-2 Short 2-3 = Not Applicable
Short 2-3 Short 2-3 = 166MHz
