if use 128 or 256 MB Double side RAM 2pcs then will no function , but if change MB CPU speed to 100MHz than will ok ,oder use single RAM also no problem.

Update BIOS to JAMA V3.2D could patch. We add some bios code(CLK_CTL) owing to AMD recommandation

The board work correctly with a AMD Processor at 100 Mhz but in thelast days I have a problems with AMD Athlon at 133 Mhz on t his motherboard. Like a AMD T-Bird 1200,1333, and 1400 Mhz.All seems work fine but when I have finished to install Windows 98s ethe sistem Hang and crash before to come to desktop.This probl ems I have find on more of one MA AV363B.Exist a solution ? Why do I flash BIOS with Winflash 1.74 and kzvza_33c.bin, but will get the error message "Please load the correct BIOS file"?

We suggest you flash BIOS by DOS utility under pure DOS mode, the procedures is as below,
1. Copy BIOS file and flash utility to a disk.
2. Boot from Floppy with the bootable disk, then insert above disk.
3. Execute awd832b XXX.bin /sn/py/r under A:>
4. Load default setting.

Please help to check your PCB version, and follow lists to select the CPU for this M/B.
1. PCB 1.0: Duron 800MHz(FSB:100 MHz) & Althon 1.2GHz(FSB 100), and support BIOS is 1.2f version.
2. PCB 1.0A: Duron 800MHz(FSB:100 MHz) & Althon 1.2GHz(FSB 100), and support BIOS is 1.2f version.
3. PCB 3.0: Athlon 1.4G(133), Palomino 1.3G(133), Athlon XP 2000+(133, 0.18u) & Athlon XP 2600+(133, 0.13u),
and support BIOS is 3.7 version.

I like to update the V3.7 BIOS to upgrade CPU and HDD, but why M/B can't flash BIOS by winflash?

The K7VTA V3.0 can suuport CPU to AMD Athlon XP 2600+(0.13u) and HDD can support to 250GB.
Below are Flash BIOS procedures
1.Please update BIOS under pure DOS mode
2. Boot from a bootable disk.
3. Insert a disk with awd832b.exe and vza37.bin ROM file.
4. Execute "awd832b vza37.bin /sn/py/r" command under A:>
5. Load the default setting.
