No, the KV2 does not support ATI X800 pro VGA card. Please follow the VGA QVL to select VGA card.
Please update BIOS of your KV2 to v1.1I or above version to patch this issue.
Please check whether your DDR RAM and VGA card is good or not. Maybe you can get some other memory module/VGA card to test again.
We have patched it in BIOS v1.2 attached below.
